Mark ‘King of Kit’ Beevor has sorted out some fashion-forward TIBC kit. See our club kit page at Godfrey for more details. For some of the casual kit (e.g. polo and rugby shirts) we are limited to all black with Godfrey, so we'll probably arrange a one-off order with another company later in the year.

Due to the fact the Infidel men are racing soon - Pembroke Regatta on February 18th - an order for TIBC all-in-ones will be made before any other kit. The deadline for this is Wednesday 25th January - so get your skates on!!! After this, a second kit order will open for everything else, so please wait for this to get a reduced price on other types of kit. Please note that Godrey have a policy of contacting you if you are the only person to have ordered a piece of kit, to let you know it will be at the highest price, and allow you to cancel the order - so don't be scared to order (during the second window!) and generally look at the 2-11 item prices. Your threadbare, Cam-splashed, sweat-stiffened lycra has been thrust unceremoniously into a black bin liner, together with that sock you found down the back of the radiator and the bowtie appropriated on a Peterhouse formal swap in second year, and you are heading off into the big wide world.

But don't be sad - rejoice, for now you can join the esteemed, illustrious, even hallowed ranks of The Infidel Boat Club!

Your alumni boat club needs you!!!

Last Sunday saw the Official Boat Launch of our three new boats: Prometheans 1, Dr Alastair Reid and Dr John Marks II.  Fortunately the weather, which had been looking ominous throughout the morning held off for the entirity of the afternoon, meaning that a large group of supporters was able to gather at the Boat House to wish these new boats the best of luck with GCBC.  It was absolutely wonderful to see so many friends together at this event, showing once again the massive fan-base our club has rooting for it.  Huge, huge thanks must go the TIBC for supporting us and for providing the entertaining races later in the day.  But, more particularly, I would like to extend GCBC's gratitude to all the donors who made the purchase of these boats possible.  Special thanks must indeed go to Dr Reid and Dr Marks, whom it was an honour to have with us for the occasion.  Now all it falls on GCBC to do is to go out, practise and make these boats win as often as possible!
